“Jab tak baithne ko naa kaha jaaye, sharafat se khade raho. Yeh police thaana hai, tumhare baap ka ghar nahi (Stand up till you’re not asked to sit. This is a police station, not your father’s house),” he said, as the Akhtars sat on the hot seats. As he delivered the iconic line, they were astonished by his flair. Meanwhile, Bachchan cut a delicious cake with the guests, as shared in the clip of the upcoming episode. The episode will be aired on October 10, 2025, at 9 p.m.

About ‘Zanjeer’

Released in 1973, ‘Zanjeer’ is a film directed by Prakash Mehra, and the screenplay is penned by the prominent duo, Salim-Javed (Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar). Along with Amitabh Bachchan, the film stars Jaya Bachchan (née Bhaduri), Pran, Ajit Khan, Iftekhar, Om Prakash, and Bindu. Introducing Bachchan’s version of ‘angry young man,’ the film revolves around a police man who has been suspended from his duties, and has decided to find the people who murdered his parents. After the massive success that followed the release, Salim-Javed subsequently worked with Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Deewaar,’ ‘Sholay,’ ‘Trishul,’ and ‘Don.’
