New Delhi: boAt‘s parent Imagine Marketing Limited has reported a consolidated net profit of over Rs 60 crore and EBITDA of over Rs 142 crore in FY25, reversing a net loss of Rs 79.7 crore in FY24, the company said in a media release on Monday.
Its consolidated revenue was Rs 3,097.8 crore, with standalone revenue of Rs 3,089.6 crore and net profit of Rs 64.2 crore.
The company maintained its position in India’s personal audio segment, ranking third globally in branded personal audio. Its premium range, ‘Nirvana by boAt’, grew, and wearables approached EBITDA neutrality in Q4. New categories were added, and the channel mix expanded to include quick commerce, e-commerce, offline retail, and exports.
“Our focus will remain on expanding our product ecosystem, strengthening the ‘Make in India’ agenda, and delivering superior experiences that define the boAt lifestyle,” said Sameer Mehta, co-founder and executive director.
The company also expanded in GCC markets, positioning boAt for growth in FY26 and beyond.
