The decision was made after a confirmed food poisoning incident was linked to the bakery’s operations.The establishment, which operates under commercial licence number CN-1102470, was found to be in breach of Law No. (2) of 2008 — the governing legislation for food safety in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Additional violations of related regulatory requirements were also documented.ADAFSA’s investigation uncovered multiple unsafe practices relating to the handling, preparation, and storage of food, which were determined to have directly contributed to the foodborne illness incident.
