A video of a deadly plane crash at Venezuela’s Paramillo Airport has gone viral, showing the moment the aircraft went down and killed two people. The clip, shared widely on social media, shows the small aircraft, registration YV 1443, barely gaining altitude before the pilot initiates a sharp turn. In the video, a witness can be heard speculating on the pilot’s intent, saying, “He wants to impress us.“The aircraft then loses momentum, stalls at a very low altitude, and plummets to the ground, bursting into flames upon impact.According to witnesses who were recording the takeoff, the pilot’s attempt to perform a turn for the observers ended in disaster. The plane, carrying enough fuel to ignite the wreckage, was unable to recover from the stall. The crash is under investigation, with early reports suggesting a tire explosion may have contributed to the loss of control and the authorities are working to identify the two victims. The plane was reportedly connected to “government logistics activities,” reported the local paper El Nacional. The video has drawn horrified reactions online, with many users expressing shock at witnessing the final moments of the flight.“Omg how unlucky. Peace to their souls and comfort to their families,” commented one user.“Looks like early rotation, low speed to place nose up and posterior loss of support in the left plane,” read another comment.“I’m so sorry, really, these things break the soul,” said another user.
