The Dubai World Cup is set to mark its 30th anniversary on March 28, 2026, at Meydan Racecourse, cementing its status as one of the most prestigious and extravagant events on the global sporting calendar. With nine world-class races offering a combined $30.5 million in prize money, alongside lavish hospitality, entertainment, and fashion competitions, the event promises to be a full-day celebration for racing fans and socialites alike.

Racing at its pinnacle

For three decades, the Dubai World Cup has showcased elite horses, jockeys, and trainers from around the world. The 2026 edition will feature nine top-tier races with $30.5 million in total prize money, reaffirming the event’s reputation as one of the richest and most competitive horse racing festivals globally. Beyond the track, the World Cup has become a major cultural spectacle, blending serious sport with an over-the-top celebration of Dubai’s signature flair.The previous edition broke attendance records, reached audiences in 170 countries, and even set multiple Guinness World Records during the closing ceremony. This combination of sport and entertainment has made the World Cup appealing to both horse racing enthusiasts and casual visitors.

Tickets and early bird offers

Tickets for the 2026 Dubai World Cup are now on sale, with early bird rates available until December 31, 2025. General admission starts from just Dh40, granting access to public areas with live entertainment.For more immersive experiences:

  • Apron Views: Trackside social village with a vibrant atmosphere and abundant food and drink options. Early bird: Dh280 (Dh450 after Dec 31).
  • Grand Gallop Mega Brunch: Five-hour brunch inside the SkyBubble with panoramic racecourse and city views. Early bird: Dh699 (Dh849 later).
  • The Gallery: Afternoon tea followed by a lavish buffet. Early bird tickets: Dh1,120 for adults (Dh1,400 full price), Dh360 for children.
  • Far Turn Terrace (New for 2026): Outdoor seating on the third floor with international cuisine. Early bird: Dh2,080 adults (Dh2,600 full price), Dh360 children.

The Terrace: Meydan’s prime viewing location is divided into:

  • Free-flow seating: Early bird Dh2,400 (Dh3,000 full price), children Dh360.
  • Corporate tables (groups of 10): Dh2,880 per person (Dh3,600 full price). Both options include afternoon tea, gourmet sandwiches, and a wide international spread.

Dining experiences and VIP hospitality

For those seeking premium hospitality:

  • Winner’s Circle (Level 2): Overlooking the parade ring with a four-course menu, afternoon tea, and free-flow drinks from Dh4,000.
  • Paddock View by Mosimann’s: Debut in Dubai with a British fine dining experience, international buffet, and free-flow beverages. Packages from Dh5,000.
  • Silks by The MAINE: Retro-vintage American restaurant returning with signature dishes and premium cocktails from Dh6,500.
  • Parade Ring Restaurant (Madinat Jumeirah): Focused on oysters, caviar, raw bar, and carvery, alongside premium beverages. Tickets from Dh8,000.
  • Private Hospitality Suites: Ideal for corporate or private celebrations for groups of 10–100 guests, including dedicated service, premium drinks, and Champagne. Regular suites from Dh5,750; central suites Dh6,750. Availability is limited.
