Apparel sourcing and manufacturing company Showroom B2B has raised $17 million in a funding round led by early-growth equity firm Cactus Partners.

The funding round, which comprised a mix of equity and debt, also saw participation from Zephyr Peacock along with existing investors Jungle Ventures, Accion Ventures and NBD Ventures.

The company plans to deploy the capital to enhance and scale its platform, expand its reach to a wider customer base and market segments, enhance its supply chain, and drive other growth initiatives.

“We will continue investing in systems, people, and manufacturing capabilities that allow us to serve customers with greater speed, predictability and operational depth” said cofounder Abhishek Dua.

Founded in 2020 by Dua and Shubham Gupta, the business-to-business company serves retailers, brands and buying houses across multiple market segments. It offers an end-to-end solution spanning design, manufacturing and logistics across categories such as denim, T-shirts, kurtis and kidswear.

Showroom B2B last raised $6.5 million in a funding round led by Jungle Ventures in 2023.

Commenting on the investment, Amit Sharma, general partner at Cactus Partners, said, “Showroom B2B targets the burgeoning aspirational consumer segment … manufacturing apparel and optimising supply chain for value retail players and incrementally for D2C brands.”

Mukul Gulati, managing partner, Zephyr Peacock, added, “The platform streamlines manufacturing, product discovery, sampling, and order execution, significantly reducing time-to-market while optimising working capital.”
