Raghav Chadha BJP News Highlights: In a significant political development, Rajya Sabha MPs Raghav Chadha, Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal joined the BJP on Friday after severing ties with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

Addressing a press conference on Friday, Chadha claimed that nearly two-thirds of AAP’s Upper House MPs are set to move with him, marking a major setback for the party led by former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

“We have decided that we, the 2/3rd members belonging to the AAP in Rajya Sabha, exercise the provisions of the Constitution of India and merge ourselves with the BJP,” Raghav Chadha said at a press conference, which was also attended by Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal.

Among the prominent names expected to join the BJP are Harbhajan Singh and Swati Maliwal. Senior MPs Ashok Mittal and Sandeep Pathak were also present alongside Chadha during the announcement.
