Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd said on Monday that it had commenced the delivery of services under its high-profile $150 million (₹1,260 crore) service agreement with Malaysia-based SpaceX International Ltd.
This 18-month project is considered an important operational milestone, focusing on enterprise AI compute infrastructure, cybersecurity and telecommunication integrations. Of the aggregate contract value of $150 million, AI infrastructure accounts for $70 million, cybersecurity around $25 million, telecommunications $25 million, and data centre solutions $30 million.
The delivery and billing are expected to commence from the current quarter in accordance with the agreed execution schedule. The engagement will be executed through Blue Cloud’s US operations, drawing on the group’s delivery capabilities across artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defence, telecom engineering, and data centre build-out and operations.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is a Hyderabad-headquartered, AI-first technology group with operations across India, the United States, Africa and other global markets. The group’s technology portfolio spans AI infrastructure and MLOps, cybersecurity, telecommunications and 5G Fixed Wireless Access, healthcare technology, data centre solutions, and public-sector digital platforms.
The company reported consolidated FY26 revenue of ₹1,002 crore, Ebitda of ₹126.13 crore and profit after tax of ₹60.50 crore.
Blue Cloud’s US operations support AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre programmes for international clients. The commencement of the $150 million deal further strengthens the group’s US delivery platform and its strategy of scaling integrated technology infrastructure capabilities across international markets, the company said.
