Jailer 2 Box Office Collection Day 7: Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 recorded a worldwide gross of ₹582.45 crore by the end of its first Wednesday (October 21), according to Sacnilk’s box office estimates. The film collected ₹28.15 crore net in India on Day 7, marking a decline of around 40% compared with its previous day’s collection of ₹46.80 crore.
According to the tracking site’s figures, Jailer 2 has accumulated ₹317.20 crore in India net collections and ₹371.45 crore in domestic gross revenue. Its overseas gross collection stands at an estimated ₹211 crore, taking the worldwide total to ₹582.45 crore after seven days.
Jailer 2 Day 7 Box Office Collection: Language-Wise Breakdown
The Tamil version accounted for the largest share of the film’s domestic earnings on Wednesday. It collected ₹18.50 crore net from 6,914 tracked shows, with an occupancy rate of 45.1%.
The Telugu version added ₹6 crore from 2,187 tracked shows, recording 45.3% occupancy. Meanwhile, the Hindi version earned ₹3 crore from 5,183 tracked shows, with occupancy at 16%. The Kannada version contributed ₹65 lakh from 186 tracked shows, registering an occupancy rate of 55%.
Across all four languages, the film’s estimated India net collection for Day 7 stood at ₹28.15 crore. The overall occupancy rate was 34.8%, lower than the 53.4% reported on Tuesday, October 20.
The figures indicate a slowdown in weekday collections after the film’s strong performance earlier in its opening week. However, the Tamil and Telugu versions continued to account for most of its domestic earnings.
Jailer 2 Box Office Collection Day-Wise Report
Jailer 2 opened in theatres on Thursday, October 15, with an estimated India net collection of ₹59.70 crore. The film earned ₹37.10 crore on Friday before recording ₹47.25 crore on Saturday and ₹55.85 crore on Sunday.
The film maintained its momentum at the beginning of the following week, collecting ₹42.35 crore on Monday, October 19, and ₹46.80 crore on Tuesday, October 20. Its Day 7 collection subsequently fell to ₹28.15 crore.

Written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Jailer 2 is the sequel to Rajinikanth’s 2023 film Jailer. Produced by Kalanithi Maran under the Sun Pictures banner, the action comedy features Rajinikanth as the retired jailer Tiger Muthuvel Pandian.
The principal cast includes Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa and Rithvik, who reprise their roles from the first film. S. J. Suryah, Mithun Chakraborty, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Vidya Balan are among the new additions.

Released worldwide on October 15, 2026, Jailer 2 entered its eighth day in theatres on Thursday, October 22. Its next set of box office figures will indicate how the film performs after the decline recorded on its first Wednesday.
