Mumbai: Apparel manufacturers and exporters Gokaldas Exports has reported a surge of 410 per cent year-on-year growth in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 41 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.The company’s PAT was Rs 8 crore during the corresponding quarter last year, Gokaldas Exports said in a regulatory filing late on Thursday night. The company’s revenue from operations grew 13 per cent during the quarter under review to Rs 1,135 crore compared with Rs 1,003 crore in the same period last year.Total income from the India business grew 10 per cent YoY on a strong order book and superior execution.Africa business delivered robust growth of 32 per cent YoY, driven by higher volumes and better realisations, while an improved product mix and productivity gains supported EBITDA growth; it was also aided by a lower base in the corresponding quarter last year, which was impacted by US tariff. An increase in wages, coupled with higher factor costs driven by rising oil prices, capped the gains.”Better order execution in India and higher volume and realisations in Africa led to a strong income growth in the quarter. Focus on productivity gains and a strong order book should help growth and margins going forward,” Sivaramakrishnan Ganapathi, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Gokaldas Exports, said.
