Shefali Jariwala’s recent death at 42 has shocked many, prompting a revisit of her views on beauty and wellness. She openly supported cosmetic treatments like Botox, emphasizing personal choice and responsible practices. She also attributed her youthful look to genetics, consistent fitness, yoga for epilepsy management, and avoiding unhealthy habits.

Shefali Jariwala’s untimely passing at the age of 42 has left fans and the entertainment industry in deep shock. Best known for her iconic appearance in Kaanta Laga and later for her stint on Bigg Boss 13, Shefali was often praised for her graceful presence and youthful appearance. In the days following her sudden cardiac arrest, many have been revisiting her candid conversations about beauty, wellness, and self-care. During her appearance on Paras Chhabra’s podcast a few months ago, Shefali Jariwala spoke candidly about her views on skincare and cosmetic treatments. She shared that she regularly consulted a skin specialist and was supportive of procedures like botox, believing there’s nothing wrong with wanting to look good. She emphasized that while such treatments can be expensive and painful, it’s a personal choice, and people should feel free to do what makes them happy—as long as it’s done responsibly. She also likened skilled cosmetic doctors to artists, stressing the importance of choosing the right professional.In the interview, the actress also credited her timeless beauty to good genetics, along with consistent self-care and fitness. She revealed that she had been working out for over 20 years and practiced yoga regularly, especially to manage her epilepsy. Shefali also shared that she avoided bad habits like alcohol and fried food, adding that combining yoga with proper workouts had brought her long-term health benefits.
