When asked if she would consider marrying a foreigner, the actor responded as she appeared on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast, “I don’t think so because I am very desi actually, and I need all this like desipana (nativeness). There’s a certain chilled-out thing that we have, whether it’s food-related or family-related; there’s a certain way of being here. I enjoy that, so I would want that. I need simplicity, and I need comfort.”She further explained that self-awareness is a key trait she values in a partner. Tara said, “I need the person to know who they are. If you know who you are, everything else falls into place, I feel.
