New Delhi: Arvind Fashions (AFL) on Wednesday said Amisha Jain has assumed charge as managing director and chief executive officer, following the exit of Shailesh Chaturvedi on September 30.

The board had approved the succession plan in July. Jain joined the company on August 13, 2025 and has previously worked with Levi Strauss & Co., Zivame, Nike India and Arvind.

Under the leadership of Chaturvedi, Arvind Fashions navigated significant transformation and consolidation, positioning itself for sustainable profitability. The company now looks forward to building on this momentum with Jain at the helm.
