Arvind Fashions Ltd has named Nitesh Kanchan as the new CEO of Arrow, the menswear brand known for its formal and workwear portfolio. Kanchan will lead the next phase of growth across product, brand, digital and omni-channel retail.

Announcing the appointment, Amisha Jain, MD and CEO, Arvind Fashions, said Kanchan brings “a powerful blend of technical insight, commercial sharpness and digital expertise,” adding that he is well placed to steer Arrow through evolving consumer trends and drive sustainable growth.

Kanchan, who earlier served as Chief Digital Officer at Arvind Fashions, has held leadership roles across digital commerce, brand building and retail operations. His previous mandates include CEO – Sephora India, COO – Arrow, and leadership positions across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

As Arrow’s CEO, he will focus on strengthening the brand’s formal and occasion wear business while scaling smart casual and lifestyle categories. Key priorities include sharpening product and design, improving consumer experience across offline and online channels, and using data and digital tools to drive profitable growth.
