New Delhi: Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL) has appointed Saikot Das as Chief Brand & Strategy Officer, effective August 19, 2025, it said in a press release recently.

He will be responsible for brand strategy, consumer engagement, and growth initiatives across the company’s portfolio.

“With his diverse cross-industry experience, multi-functional expertise, deep consumer understanding, and passion for building brands, Saikot is uniquely positioned to shape our brand strategy, strengthen AFL’s market leadership, and unlock new avenues of growth across our portfolio,” said Amisha Jain, MD and CEO, Arvind Fashions.

Das has over two decades of experience across FMCG, retail, media, and apparel. At Colgate-Palmolive. He later managed a full business P&L at Olam International in Africa and led channel growth at Star TV (Disney India) through data-driven content strategy and marketing.

Most recently, he was Senior Director – Marketing & Brand Experience at Levi Strauss & Co., led marketing across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Eastern Europe.
