A single bullet hit him while he was onstage. Police later said the shot came from a roof near the quad. Two days later, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson was turned in by his father and became the main suspect. Officials said his clothes matched the same look seen in CCTV video taken after the attack. Candace Owens said many parts of this accepted timeline do not feel right to her, and she told viewers she wanted to break down the story.

Candace Owens said the first strange detail is that Tyler Robinson “did not attend UVU” and had “never been on UVU campus.” She asked how someone who had never been there suddenly climbed onto a roof, moved around the roof like “Spider-Man,” and knew exactly where Charlie Kirk would be standing. She also questioned how he took one perfect shot with a 30-06 rifle.Candace Owens then spoke about Robinson’s alleged partner, Lance Twiggs, who she said was a transgender individual and Robinson’s “lover.” She returned to a CCTV picture she had talked about before. It showed Robinson walking into a Dairy Queen right after the shot. She said it looked like he ran inside to hide and then texted Twiggs “every minute” about what he had done. Owens said the official story also claims Robinson kept texting Twiggs even when he went home later.She said these texts sound too neat and too perfect. She asked why a person would text all night instead of speaking face-to-face. Candace Owens also asked why someone called a “boy genius” with a 4.3 GPA would write down every moment of a crime in messages.
