New Delhi: Direct-to-consumer jewellery brand GIVA has introduced ‘GIVA Go’, a same-day and next-day delivery service currently available in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi.
The launch is aimed at improving fulfilment timelines as consumer expectations for quicker delivery increase in e-commerce.
The service offers delivery within 24 hours for a curated set of products. Orders picked up between 12 PM and 1 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, while those processed by 3 PM are delivered within a few hours in select zones. Fulfilment is enabled through dark stores and logistics partnerships.
“This launch strengthens our role in India’s evolving eCommerce ecosystem and reaffirms our commitment to creating a seamless, trust-led experience for today’s consumer,” said Anirudh Kudwa, Chief Revenue Officer, GIVA.
The service is currently limited to select products and is expected to expand to more cities.
