Gandhi cited a striking example of a Brazilian model’s photo appearing 22 times in the voter list under different names, voting in 10 booths, calling it a centralized operation. He criticized the Election Commission for inaction, claiming it could remove duplicates immediately but chooses not to, allegedly aiding the BJP.
