Procedures for both visit visas and residency permits have been simplified to facilitate travel and legal residence. The minister noted that Kuwait’s climate makes it an ideal destination between 15 October and 15 April, a period favourable for tourism and outdoor activities, setting it apart from other Gulf nations.He further clarified the roles of two digital platforms: Kuwait Visa, for entry permits, and Visit Kuwait, for obtaining authorisation to organise all types of events. Sheikh Fahad described the systems as complementary,explaining that together they form an integrated framework for visitor facilitation and administrative modernisation, reflecting the country’s commitment to digital transformation.
