New Delhi: Lenskart has introduced Barcelona-based eyewear brand Meller in India and announced a creative partnership with global pop-culture company Popmart, as part of its broader House of Eyewear Brands strategy, the company said in a press release on Tuesday.

The Pop Mart x Lenskart collection will launch in Singapore—across online channels and selected Lenskart stores—from the first week of December. The collection features character-led, collectable designs aimed at consumers who engage with expressive and culturally oriented accessories.

The tie-up builds on Lenskart’s ongoing cultural collaborations, including Harry Potter, Hello Kitty, Pokémon, Dragon Ball Z, Superman and Batman, which are being used to diversify the design direction of its eyewear range.

Meller, founded in Barcelona, has grown into a youth-focused D2C eyewear brand with bold silhouettes and street-culture-influenced palettes. With over 700k followers and traction across Europe and the U.S., the brand has established a community centred on design-led eyewear.

In India, Meller will be available across Lenskart’s retail network and digital platforms. The initial rollout covers around 500 curated stores identified using GeoIQ intelligence to align with high fashion-affinity locations.

Lenskart’s premium portfolio, which includes Meller, John Jacobs, Owndays and collaborations such as Popmart, Dragon Ball Z and Harry Potter, spans distinct design philosophies and consumer segments. Tokai and Rodenstock remain part of the brand’s lens technology partnerships.

“Meller’s bold aesthetic and strong community make it a wonderful addition to our House of Brands. And through creative partnerships like Pop Mart, we hope to bring moments of play, imagination and collectability into eyewear in ways that delight our customers,” said Peyush Bansal, co-founder & CEO, Lenskart.

Lenskart’s distribution, supply chain, design infrastructure and technology capabilities form the operating base for partner brands across markets. The company’s House of Brands approach is structured around supporting design-led eyewear and cultural collaborations within a multi-brand platform.
