According to documents accessed by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix, the apartment is located on the 9th floor of Supreme Boulevard, a premium residential project by developer Supreme Universal. The property offers a carpet area of 938 sq ft and was officially registered on July 2, 2025. Shweta Tripathi paid a stamp duty of Rs 15 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to seal the deal.Interestingly, documents show that Shweta Tripathi benefited from the stamp duty concession offered by the Maharashtra government to promote female homeownership.
