Twitch streamer Matthew “Mizkif” is facing huge backlash online after old clips resurfaced from his 2023 Rumble stream. These viral clips show him getting angry at viewers who kept bringing up his ex-partner and fellow streamer Emily “Emiru.” Emiru had recently accused him of psychological and controlling behavior from when she lived with him in Austin, Texas, in 2021. In one viral moment, a viewer told Mizkif that Emiru was “doing more” content than him. Miz snapped back and said, “Yeah, you probably love going in there when she’s there, right? So you can just stare at her the entire time.” He then called the viewer a “f**king loser.” Mizkif kept mocking people in the chat who only watched because of Emiru, telling them that she was sitting right next to him and that they were jealous. The clip spread fast across Reddit and X, with many users calling his tone insecure and aggressive. Miz later continued banning such viewers from his chat during the same stream.

Another clip from the same stream shows Miz reacting to comments about his declining views. In 2023, his average viewers had dropped by almost half compared to before. Mizkif said, “You give me your time, I get paid.
