While on his promotion spree for her upcoming film, daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth revealed that her father will write his own autobiography, and according to her, the book would be a super hit across the globe.
Soundarya Rajinikanth confirms Rajinikanth’s biography
In an exclusive conversation with the Galatta Plus during the promotions of her romantic-comedy film ‘With Love’, Soundarya has shared an update on her autobiography for the first time. “For our dear Thalaiva, the man who paved his own way through hard work, Rajini Sir has already begun writing his life history, begging from his struggles as a bus conductor in Bengaluru to becoming a sexy superstar in Kollywood,” the filmmaker said. She added, “The book would narrate the important turning points in his life that people are curious to know.” This comes in addition to the previous indications given by the director Lokesh Kanagaraj during the marketing of ‘Coolie’, when he talked about the superstar being involved in the work of his life history.
Rajinikanth’s ongoing film projects
In the meantime, Rajinikanth is still active working on films. His latest appearance is in the hit action film ‘Coolie,’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, where he is paired with Nagarjuna, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, and other stars. Next in store, Rajinikanth will star in ‘Jailer 2,’ helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar, where he will be collaborating with Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Vidya Balan, and reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan in a special appearance. After that, the actor is expected to be seen in the currently titled ‘Thalaivar173’ directed by Cibi Chakravarthy, where he will embody the role of a tailor, adding more life to his already impressive filmy career.
