Raymond Lifestyle Ltd has appointed Satyaki Ghosh as chief executive officer as it prepares for the next phase of growth and transformation, it announced in a media release on Monday.
Ghosh joins from the Aditya Birla Group, where he was CEO of the Cellulosic Fashion Yarn business at Grasim Industries. He brings over 25 years of experience across FMCG, textiles, retail and consumer businesses, spanning both B2B and B2C segments. Within the Aditya Birla Group, he has also led the domestic textiles business and the Thai Acrylic Fibre operations with multi-country manufacturing exposure. Earlier, he held senior roles at L’Oréal India, including Director of the Consumer Products Division.
The appointment comes as Raymond Lifestyle sharpens its leadership team following recent organisational changes. The company has also onboarded E.C. Prasad, who is expected to assume the role of CFO at an upcoming board meeting.
Raymond Lifestyle said the leadership changes are aimed at strengthening execution as it targets long-term growth in India and overseas markets.
