New Delhi: Raymond Lifestyle has reported a steady second quarter for FY26, with profit before tax (PBT) at Rs 108 crore, against Rs 112 crore a year ago in the same period, as resilient domestic demand offset export headwinds, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

The company’s total income rose 8 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,865 crore, driven by higher volumes in the branded textile and branded apparel segments. Sequentially, revenue grew 26 per cent over Q1. Its EBITDA increased 7 per cent to Rs 259 crore, maintaining a margin of 13.9 per cent , despite higher brand-building spends.

“Our quarterly performance reflects encouraging momentum driven by strong domestic demand across core lifestyle categories,” said Gautam Hari Singhania, e executive chairman, Raymond Lifestyle. “Even as we navigate global headwinds, we remain focused on agility and strategic foresight.”

Robust local consumption cushioned the impact of US tariff-led weakness in garment exports, which led to order deferrals and margin pressure overseas, the company said in a statement.

The branded textile division grew 10 per cent to Rs 937 crore, with EBITDA up 16 per cent to Rs 188 crore and margins improving to 20 per cent . Branded Apparel revenue rose 11 per cent to Rs 491 crore, though EBITDA declined to Rs 25 crore from Rs 57 crore due to higher marketing spends and the slower ramp-up of new stores.

The Garmenting segment grew 4 per cent to Rs 269 crore, while High Value Cotton Shirting revenue slipped 7 per cent to Rs 212 crore, though margins improved to 11.8 per cent .

Raymond Lifestyle’s net debt stood at Rs 246 crore in Q2 FY26, reflecting inventory buildup for the festive and wedding season.

The company said it remains optimistic on domestic growth and expects sustained momentum in the second half.
