- 50% Fee Exemption: You will receive a 50% discount on the attestation (official registration) fees that were due on the expired contracts.
- 100%
Fine Waiver : All administrative fines that would normally apply for failing to register your lease contracts on time will be completely waived.
This offer is open to all lease agreements that were concluded before the implementation of the new Law No. (5) of 2024 and its executive regulations.
The critical two-month window
This massive financial relief is not permanent. The Sharjah Executive Council has established a strict, limited-time grace period. The exemptions and full fine waivers will be effective starting on November 1, 2025, and will conclude sharply on December 31, 2025.
