Startling admission by Diddy's attorney: Domestic violence not sex-trafficking, so what if he likes baby oil
Diddy’s attorney on Monday said loving kinky sex, using baby oil for sex does not make him a criminal.

P Diddy’s lawyer Teny Geragos made a shocking admission in the court on Monday and said that the music mogul committed domestic violence, for which he is ready to take full responsibility. But domestic violence is not sex trafficking. “We take full responsibility that there was domestic violence in this case,” Geragos told jurors. “Domestic violence is not sex trafficking. I want to say it again. Domestic violence is not sex trafficking.”In the opening statement, Geragos said Coms is angry, violent and has had many relationships but all of them were consensual. He is a complicated man, but this case is not a complicated one, the attorney said adding that this case is about love. “This case is about love, jealousy, infidelity and money, this case is about voluntary adult choices made by capable adults in consensual relationships,” Geragos said.

‘Kinky sex does not make anyone criminal’

Geragos said that Diddy’s swingers lifestyle or kinky sex does not make him a criminal. “You might hear about kinky sex, which may make you uncomfortable,” Geragos said. “It may not be what you do in your bedroom … but you are here to judge whether the government actually proved what they charged him with.”Geragos also said that the feak-off sessions videos will prove that there was no coercion to take part in his sex marathons. “These videos are powerful evidence that it was consensual,” Geragos said.Referring to the 1,000 bottles of baby oil found from Diddy’s home which were used for freak off sex sessions, Geragos said it is not a crime to love baby oil. “You may know of his love of baby oil….Is that a federal crime? No,” Geragos told the jury.Combs was arrested in September last year but he has pleaded not guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted, he faces life in prison.
