New Delhi: Surat-based direct-to-consumer saree brand Sudathi is targeting Rs 100 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by FY26, building on Rs 80 crore in revenue since its 2023 launch, it said in a press release recently.
The company is expanding its festive retail operations with a focus on tier 2 and 3 cities.
To manage seasonal demand, the company has operationalised three fulfilment centres and plans to add facilities in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai ahead of Diwali. It has stocked over 3.5 lakh sarees for the August–November period and aims to cut delivery times by 20% through regional logistics tie-ups.
“Our goal is to make saree shopping culturally rooted and operationally seamless. Women outside metros want both tradition and speed, and we are building our business around that demand,” said Viren Lathiya, co-founder of Sudathi.
