New Delhi: Titan Company has announced key leadership changes across its senior management to support succession planning and business continuity across its Jewellery and Watches divisions, according to its latest BSE filing.
Arun Narayan, currently leading the company’s Tanishq India business, will take over as CEO of the Jewellery Division from January 1, 2026. He will replace Ajoy Chawla, who will assume the role of managing director of Titan Company on the same date.
Kuruvilla Markose, CEO of the International Business Division, will be appointed CEO of the Watches Division effective August 13, 2025. He will succeed Suparna Mitra, who stepped down from the role in May this year.
Narayan, a Tata Administrative Services officer and IIM Calcutta alumnus, has been associated with the Tata Group and Titan for nearly three decades. At Titan, he has held several leadership roles across categories, including Regional Business Head (West), Helios Business Head, and National Sales & Retail Head – Titan Watches. Since April 2020, he has been leading the Tanishq India business.
Markose, who joined Tata Administrative Services in 1995, has worked across sectors including FMCG, Telecom, BPO, Consulting, Digital, and Retail. Since joining Titan in 2015 as Chief Digital Officer, he has led the company’s international expansion across Watches, Jewellery, and EyeCare. His tenure included the launch of Titan’s first multi-brand store in the UAE, housing Tanishq, Titan Watches, and Titan Eye+.
