New Delhi: Tata Group-owned Trent Ltd, which operates fashion retail chains Westside and Zudio, on Friday, has reported an 11 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 373 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26) as against Rs 335 crore in the same period a year ago, according to its regulatory filing.

Its revenue from operations stood at Rs 4,818 crore, up 15 per cent from Rs 4,157 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, revenue remained stable compared with Rs 4,883 crore in Q1 FY26.

On a standalone basis, revenue from sale of products (including GST) rose 17 per cent YoY to Rs 5,002 crore in Q2 FY26, while first-half (H1 FY26) revenue climbed 19 per cent to Rs 10,063 crore.

Its total expenses for the quarter increased to Rs 4,367 crore from Rs 3,741 crore a year earlier, primarily due to higher occupancy and employee-related costs, as per the filing.

The retailer continued to accelerate its physical footprint. As of September 30, 2025, Trent operated 261 Westside stores, 806 Zudio outlets (including 3 in the UAE), and 34 stores under other lifestyle formats.

During the quarter, the company added 13 Westside and 40 Zudio stores, taking the first-half net additions to 13 and 41 stores, respectively.
