Kevin Mullally, the man who helped design the foundations of the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), has stepped down as its Chief Executive Officer for personal reasons. His departure and the appointment of Chairman Jim Murren as interim CEO come as the Authority moves from its formative stage into a period of operational maturity, a transition that reflects both continuity and confidence.
