Global Village will reopen for its milestone 30th season on October 15, 2025, and run through May 10, 2026. With record-breaking attendance last year and over 90 cultural pavilions expected to return, this anniversary edition aims to be the most expansive and memorable yet. Organisers have promised new surprises, exclusive programming, and the return of visitor favourites, all while celebrating three decades of cultural exchange and entertainment.

Global village season 30: From creekside beginnings to a global landmark

What began in 1996 as a small cluster of pavilions on Dubai Creek has evolved into one of the UAE’s most iconic attractions. Global Village found its permanent home in Dubailand in 2005, where it now spans 17.2 million square feet. Over the years, it has become a symbol of Dubai’s multicultural identity, drawing millions of visitors each season.The upcoming season marks a major milestone — 30 years of Global Village — and the organisers are positioning it as the most spectacular yet. In Season 29, the park welcomed a record-breaking 10.5 million visitors, a number that is expected to grow this year.

Season 30 highlights: What visitors can expect

While full details are yet to be revealed, here’s what has been confirmed or can be anticipated:

  • Dates: October 15, 2025 – May 10, 2026
  • Number of Pavilions: Over 90 international pavilions showcasing culture, cuisine, crafts, and performances
  • Shopping Outlets: Approximately 3,500 outlets representing diverse products and handicrafts
  • Dining Options: Around 250 food and beverage offerings, from global street food to sit-down restaurants
  • Live Entertainment: More than 40,000 live performances expected throughout the season
  • Rides & Attractions: Over 200 rides and games, including those in the popular Carnaval zone
  • Fireworks & Celebrations: Return of weekly fireworks displays and the seven New Year’s Eve countdowns, each for a different time zone
  • Family-Friendly Programming: Daily shows and interactive experiences tailored for children and families

In addition, long-time favourites such as the Restaurant Plaza, interactive exhibitions, and international concerts will return. Visitors can also expect new attractions and launches to be announced in the weeks leading up to opening day.

Global village season 30: Visitor experience, tickets, timings, and access

Ticketing:

  • Official ticket prices for Season 30 will be announced in October 2025.
  • Last season, weekday entry (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) was Dh25 online, while “any day” tickets were Dh30.
  • Children under 3, seniors aged 65+, and People of Determination traditionally receive free entry.
  • Tuesdays remain reserved for families and ladies, except on public holidays.
  • Online ticket sales are expected to begin next month.

Operating hours (tentative):

  • Weekdays: 4 PM – 12 AM
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: 4 PM – 1 AM
  • During Ramadan: Extended hours
  • Visitors are encouraged to check the Global Village website or official mobile app for updated schedules and ticketing details.

VIP Packs:

  • Limited VIP Packs will be released ahead of the season.
  • These include reserved parking, restaurant reservations, priority access to rides and games, and additional perks.

Global village 2025: 30 years of culture, cuisine, and innovation

This landmark season celebrates three decades of multicultural unity and entertainment. Organisers are planning special anniversary events, exclusive shows, and surprise elements to honour the park’s journey from a small pop-up to one of the most visited cultural parks in the region.Some of the key experiences to look forward to:

  • Live concerts by international artists
  • Interactive street performances across the venue
  • Expanded culinary offerings with new global dishes and returning local favourites
  • Immersive shopping experiences and regional crafts
  • Enhanced infrastructure and updated facilities to improve guest comfort and accessibility

As Dubai positions itself as a global tourism hub, Season 30 of Global Village serves as both a cultural showcase and a celebration of the city’s evolution over the past three decades.
