From September 23 to 25, Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 returns for its 24th edition, uniting 180 organisations and thousands of Emirati job seekers over three days. This flagship event plays a crucial role in advancing the UAE’s Emiratisation goals by offering direct access to employment, skill-building workshops, and innovative experiences that prepare Nationals for the future workplace.

Ru’ya Careers 2025: A strategic platform driving emiratisation and youth empowerment

Starting on September 23 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 is set to boost the UAE’s workforce development agenda. The event supports the national target of achieving 8% Emiratisation in the private sector by the end of 2025, building on the current 125,000 Emiratis employed in private roles as of June this year.Last year’s edition hosted 150 exhibitors and facilitated 7,000 on-site interviews, highlighting its role in connecting talent and opportunity. This year, Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 grows to 180 participating organisations, expanding the scope for job seekers.

Ru’ya Careers 2025: Key employers and government collaboration elevate opportunities

Attendees at Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 will engage with top employers such as DEWA, RTA, HQ Police, ADCB, Amazon, PwC, Emirates, and Majid Al Futtaim. This wide employer base provides diverse career options across sectors like government services, finance, technology, logistics, and retail.Government bodies including Dubai Government Human Resources Department, Emirati Human Resources Development Council, Ministry of Education, and KHDA partner closely with the event to align programming with national talent development strategies.

Ru’ya Careers 2025: Empowering emirati talent through skill development

Beyond job placements, Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 offers workshops, innovation challenges in AI and coding, and hands-on leadership and entrepreneurial skill-building.
