Dubai, home to the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, continues to redefine skylines with bold, record-breaking architecture. Renowned for luxury, innovation, and grand-scale projects, the city now unveils another marvel: Ciel Dubai Marina. Rising 377 meters above the Marina, this 82-floor tower will claim the title of the world’s tallest hotel, surpassing the Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Developed by The First Group and managed under InterContinental Hotels Group’s Vignette Collection, Ciel Dubai Marina promises unparalleled luxury, panoramic views, and a suite of world-class experiences, adding yet another iconic landmark to Dubai’s skyline.

A towering icon in Dubai’s skyline

Ciel Dubai Marina is an architectural marvel designed by award-winning firm NORR, featuring a glass-clad exterior and a dramatic central atrium that floods the interiors with natural light. The hotel houses 1,004 rooms and suites, each offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

  • Room rates: Starting at AED 1,310 per night for standard rooms
  • Premium suites: Approximately AED 2,400 per night, with access to high-floor lounges

The design emphasizes both luxury and spectacle, combining elegant interiors with sweeping city vistas. A 360-degree rooftop observation deck adds another draw, offering views of iconic landmarks such as Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai.

World records and Sky high experiences

Ciel Dubai Marina is not only the tallest hotel but also a record-breaker:

  • Tattu Sky Pool: Located on level 76, it becomes the world’s highest infinity pool, surpassing Address Beach Resort’s previous record of 294 meters.
  • Tattu Sky Lounge: On level 81, it claims the title of the world’s highest club.

These sky-high attractions provide guests with unmatched perspectives of Dubai’s skyline, combining leisure and luxury at breathtaking heights.

A culinary destination in the sky

Dining at Ciel Dubai Marina is designed to match its record-breaking scale. At the heart of the hotel is Tattu Dubai, an award-winning Asian restaurant spanning three upper floors, featuring modern Chinese aesthetics and panoramic city views.Other culinary offerings include:

  • Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery: Local favorite with all-day menus and fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • West 13: Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with handmade pasta, Greek gyros, and mezze plates, all prepared in an open kitchen.
  • East 14: Buffet-style dining highlighting flavors from Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India, complete with live stations for ramen, sushi, and curries.

The combination of elevated dining, premium accommodations, and world-class design makes Ciel a holistic luxury experience.

Strengthening Dubai’s tourism leadership

Ciel Dubai Marina opens as Dubai continues its rapid tourism expansion. In 2024, the city welcomed over 17 million international visitors, consolidating its position as a global luxury travel hub. The hotel is expected to attract strong international demand, especially during Dubai’s peak winter season.Bookings are now open, and the property is anticipated to become a key destination for both leisure and business travelers, further solidifying Dubai’s reputation for innovation in high-end hospitality.Ciel Dubai Marina is more than a hotel—it is a symbol of Dubai’s ambition, combining world records, luxury, and architectural brilliance. Its launch on November 15 marks a new era in high-rise hospitality, setting a benchmark for global luxury hotels and redefining the city’s skyline.
