The man has been identified as Ley-Boy Gabriel Davis, a self-proclaimed “World recognised pro heavyweight head balancer” from Africa, according to The New York Post.
The clip, shared by X user Collin Rugg, shows Davis riding a Citi Bike with remarkable ease, the fridge perched firmly on his head. “Man seen balancing a refrigerator on top of his head while riding a Citi Bike in Brooklyn, New York,” Rugg posted. “This may be the only person in the world with a stronger neck than Mike Tyson.”
“This is wild!” the person filming the video can be heard exclaiming.
