The couple announced that they will be calling it “The Wedding of Virosh.” However, before this announcement, the duo kept the relationship a mystery and never publicly accepted it. It was when Rashmika Mandanna was promoting her film ‘Animal’, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in 2023. Her co-star Ranbir Kapoor, who was also present, asked her to call Vijay Deverakonda on a show hosted by Nandamuri Balakrishna.The actress dialed up Vijay, and he quickly answered her call and asked, “What’s up, re?” Rashmika couldn’t stop blushing after his question, and it was all on her face. Meanwhile, on February 24, Vijay Deverakonda took to his Instagram Stories to post a blurry image of guys enjoying a pool volleyball session, probably him and his friends. He also dropped an image of red beer pong glasses kept over a floating board in the pool with a volleyball net. On the other hand, Rashmika Mandanna gave a glimpse of the venue’s inside decor. The image featured a table neatly decorated with pink lilies and green hydrangeas, green apples, and grapes. One can see plates and spoons kept over it along with a menu card, hinting at Japanese dining for the guests.

While the couple announced that they are getting married, they didn’t share any details of the same. As per the NDTV report, the wedding festivities are taking place at ITC Mementos, a property located in the Aravalli Range. The festivities kicked off on February 24, 2026.As per the report, the hotel has 117 private villas and has a river as well as a lake within the property.Making the announcement on social media, the couple shared, “Our dearest loves, before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves—you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘VIROSH’.”Reportedly, the duo will be hosting a reception in Hyderabad on March 4 for their friends from the film industry. Meanwhile, as per the reports, the duo got engaged in October last year at Vijay’s Hyderabad home.
