Her husband, Nathan Warnecke, said she died after giving birth to the couple’s first son at home. Warnecke said that an “unforeseen and extremely rare complication arose” and Hatfield died after being transferred to hospital. The coroner is investigating her death, but no further details have been released. Warnecke wrote on Instagram: “I knew Stace for 9 amazing years, she was the light of my life and the reason I got up in the morning.
