New Delhi: ZILO has opened its second dark store within three months of launch, alongside expanding its assortment to accessories, footwear, bags, watches and fashion jewellery from multiple brands, the company said in a press release recently.
The new dark store supports both apparel and newly added non-apparel categories on the ZILO app, extending delivery coverage to additional pincodes in Mumbai. The expansion is part of the platform’s hybrid supply model aimed at improving fulfilment speed and inventory availability for fashion and lifestyle purchases.
“Expanding to the non apparel category was our plan since the beginning and with the response we have received from the customers, we’re extending our promise of instant fashion discovery to accessories and lifestyle essentials, helping customers complete their looks just as quickly as they find them,” said Padmakumar Pal, co-founder & CEO of ZILO.
The opening of the second dark store marks a key milestone in ZILO’s scale-up as it broadens its category coverage and delivery network within Mumbai.
