Bengaluru: Fine jewellery brand GIVA has launched the latest edition of its exchange fest across more than 350 exclusive brand outlets nationwide, offering customers vouchers against old jewellery pieces that can be redeemed on purchases from its silver and gold collections.
The programme, which begins on June 12 and runs until July 12, allows customers to exchange jewellery of any type and condition in return for a flat Rs 500 voucher per piece. The voucher can be used against purchases from the company’s silver and gold product ranges.
The initiative follows the company’s exchange programme conducted last year, during which GIVA said it collected more than 500,000 old jewellery pieces over a 20-day period. According to the company, over 40,000 customers participated in the campaign across 300 stores in metropolitan, Tier I and Tier II markets.
This year’s programme increases the exchange voucher value to Rs 500 per piece from Rs 200 offered during the previous edition.
Commenting on the initiative, Anirudh Kudva, chief revenue officer at GIVA, said the company is expanding the programme following customer participation across multiple cities during the earlier campaign.
The exchange programme is being supported by a marketing campaign featuring brand ambassador Kriti Sanon and will be promoted across the company’s digital and social media platforms.
Founded as a silver jewellery brand, GIVA expanded into gold and lab-grown diamonds in 2023. The company opened its first exclusive retail outlet in Bengaluru in 2022 and has since expanded its offline presence to more than 350 stores.
According to the company, GIVA currently serves over two million customers in India. The company reported a 66 per cent increase in consolidated revenue from operations in FY24 to Rs 273.6 crore and said its overall revenue is expected to cross Rs 500 crore.
In addition to its retail network, GIVA sells through e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms and operates an in-house plating facility in Jaipur
