Premium lifestyle brand ARKS has appointed Dhruv Mathur as its chief executive officer following a planned leadership transition, with co-founder and CEO Abhinav Verma stepping down from his executive role.

Mathur, who has played a key role in the company’s growth and operations, takes over the leadership as the brand enters its next phase of expansion. Verma, who co-founded ARKS and helped establish its strategic vision and operational foundation, will continue to work closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.

The company said it will continue to operate under the stewardship of founder Ranbir Kapoor, with a focus on expanding its product portfolio, strengthening its consumer community, building strategic collaborations, and launching brand campaigns to deepen customer engagement.

Ranbir Kapoor, founder , ARKS, said, “Abhinav has been part of the ARKS journey since day one and has played a key role in shaping the brand. It’s been great building this together, and I wish him all the very best for what’s ahead. As ARKS continues to grow, I’m excited to welcome Dhruv as CEO and look forward to the next chapter for the brand.”

Abhinav Verma, co-founder, ARKS, added, “Building ARKS has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Together, we have created a strong foundation, assembled an exceptional team, and built a brand with immense potential. I am deeply grateful to Ranbir for his trust, partnership, and shared vision throughout this journey. As I step away from my executive responsibilities, I do so with complete confidence in the team and in Dhruv’s leadership.”

Founded by actor Ranbir Kapoor, ARKS is a premium lifestyle brand focused on minimalist design, craftsmanship and sustainable production. The brand currently operates ARKS Studio stores in Mumbai and Delhi and is also present in Hyderabad and Pune through Broadway department stores.
