Bengaluru: Menswear fashion brand Banana Club has expanded its retail presence with the opening of its 20th store in Tirupati as part of its broader offline growth strategy.
The company plans to increase its store network to 50 outlets by the end of the year. Banana Club currently operates 20 stores across five cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Indore.
The latest expansion follows the opening of new stores in Mysore and Himayatnagar. According to the company, the Tirupati outlet is intended to strengthen its presence in the south indian market and support its ongoing retail expansion plans.
Founded in 2023 by Neel Bafna and Prashanth Lalwani in Bengaluru, Banana Club operates in the men’s fashion segment and follows an offline-first retail model. The company said the expansion is aimed at increasing its presence across key urban markets and addressing demand in the menswear category.
In addition to its retail operations, the brand sells through its direct-to-consumer website, mobile applications and online marketplaces, including Myntra.
Last year, Banana Club raised Rs 12.25 crore at a valuation of Rs 245 crore through the television show “Pitch to Get Rich” on Jio Hotstar.
The company said it is currently operating at an annualised revenue run-rate (ARR) of Rs 150 crore and is targeting Rs 300 crore in ARR by 2027.
