Michal Sadílek is a Czech professional midfielder known for his composure, work rate, and intelligent positioning in midfield. He has represented the Czech Republic across all youth levels and broke into the senior national team in 2021. His brother Lukáš is also a professional footballer.

Sadílek began his professional career with Jong PSV, making his debut in 2016 before progressing through European football. In 2021, he joined FC Twente on loan, a move that was made permanent in 2022 after impressive performances. He later signed for Czech First League club Slavia Prague in 2025.
On the international stage, Sadílek has been part of the Czech senior setup since 2019, making his debut in a friendly against Italy in 2021. He was also selected for UEFA Euro 2024 but had to withdraw after an unfortunate leg injury caused by falling off a tricycle, missing the tournament in a bizarre setback.
Despite that disappointment, he returned strongly and was named in Czechia’s 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where he has now made an instant impact.
