Stock Market LIVE: Vishal Mega Mart share price jumped 9.9 per cent to the day’s high of ₹113.70 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). 

 

The board of Vishal Mega Mart approved the re-appointment of  Gunender Kapur as founder, director and chief executive officer for a tenure of five years from September 1, 2026, the company said in an exchange filing.

The US Food and Drug Administration concluded its regular inspection of Lanett Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary based in the US. The inspection was concluded with four observations. Aurobindo Pharma will respond to the regulator within the stipulated time.
