Given the trend, Jana Nayagan is likely to see a slight dip in numbers and is expected to earn around Rs 5-7cr in India all languages combined. In fact, the movie has earned Rs 4.61cr until 9pm taking the overall collection to Rs 148.01cr. It is evident that Jana Nayagan is likely to cross Rs 150cr mark nett at the domestic box office today.
Meanwhile, talking to The Hollywood Reporter India, Bobby Deol shared his experience of working with Thalapathy Vijay and described him as “a very simple man, very quiet, very much to himself. This isn’t all. Bobby also asserted that Jana Nayagan was shot majorly in studio sets due to Vijay’s massive stardom and emphasised, “It’s a fact. No work will happen if you take him on the street. He’s that big”.
