Kewal Kiran Clothing (KKCL) reported a 19 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to Rs 279 crore for the quarter ended June 30, driven by broad-based growth across its brand portfolio and sales channels. Net profit rose 29 per cent to Rs 41 crore, while EBITDA increased 29 per cent to Rs 54 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 19 per cent from 18 per cent a year earlier.

Gross profit grew 22 per cent year-on-year to Rs 121 crore during the quarter, with the gross margin expanding to 43 per cent from 42 per cent in the corresponding period last year. The company attributed the performance to healthy volume growth, disciplined execution and continued demand across its menswear, womenswear and kidswear categories.

KKCL said both retail and non-retail channels delivered strong growth, supported by the expansion of its exclusive brand outlet (EBO) network, which helped improve brand visibility and consumer engagement. The company currently operates over 670 exclusive brand outlets and has a distribution network comprising more than 80 distributors and over 3,000 multi-brand outlets across India.

The company said it remains focused on executing its Vision 2028 strategy through product innovation, distribution expansion and operational discipline, while leveraging its integrated business model spanning design, manufacturing, branding and retail to drive sustainable and profitable growth through FY27.
