Stock Market LIVE: GE Vernova shares jump 8% after emerging as lowest bidder for Power Grid’s project


Stock Market LIVE: GE Vernova T&D India’s share price jumped 7.9 per cent to the day’s high of ₹4,709.9 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). 


 


The company emerged as the lowest bidder for Power Grid Corporation’s project. The project is to build a 6,000 megawatt and 800 kilovolt High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) LCC Terminal Station for evacuation of renewable power from Barmer II to South Kalamb.

Stock Market LIVE: Garuda Construction shares jump 11% as unit bags overseas order


Stock Market LIVE: Garuda Construction and Engineering share price jumped 10.68 per cent to the day’s high of ₹197.70 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The company’s unit signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Almasarat Company to construct, and develop a 93-storey landmark tower in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The estimated revenue potential is ₹1,800 crore.
