Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates, Monday, Aug 10, 2026: The benchmark indices, Nifty50 and the Sensex, rose slightly amid uncertainty over a deal between the US and Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz. As of 12:00 PM, the Nifty50 was up 17.25 points or 0.07 per cent at 24,587.90 and the Sensex rose 58.81 points or 0.07 per cent to 78,557.98. Titan Company, Tech Mahindra, and ICICI Bank were the top gainers in the Nifty50 index. In the broader markets, the Nifty MidCap and the Nifty SmallCap were up 0.66 per cent and 0.16 per cent higher, respectively. Sector-wise, the Nifty Realty, the Nifty Private Bank, and the Nifty IT outperformed, while the Nifty PSU Bank underperformed.
